Mega Tiranga Bike Rally Held by District Police Kupwara Ahead of Independence Day

Kupwara, August 13: District Police Kupwara organized a Mega Tiranga Bike Rally as part of the run-up to the Independence Day celebrations. The rally was led by Shobhit Saksena-IPS, SSP Kupwara, with active participation of public from the district.
The senior police officers of the District DySP Hqrs, DySP DAR, DySP PC Lolab, and DySP PC Kupwara,alongwith SHOs joined the rally, which saw nearly 500 bikes and enthusiastic public participation. The participants chanted patriotic slogans, creating an energetic and spirited atmosphere.
The rally commenced at the District Police Headquarters and made its way through Kupwara town, culminating at the District Police Lines Kupwara.
SSP Kupwara expressed appreciation for the overwhelming public participation and said such events promote unity and patriotism among citizens. This rally celebrated the nation’s independence and commitment to uphold the values of freedom and democracy.
