District Police Kupwara Conducts Beat-Level Conference at DPL
Kupwara, June 07: District Police Kupwara organized a Beat-Level Conference at District Police Lines (DPL) Kupwara in compliance with DPO Kupwara Order No. 22353-65 dated 17-04-2026.
According to statement issued, the conference was conducted under the supervision of SSP Kupwara Shri Al Tahir Gilani (JKPS) and attended by all Beat In-Charges (ICs) of the district. The proceedings were supervised by DySP SOG HQ Kupwara, the designated Nodal Officer.
During the conference, Beat Officers were briefed on the maintenance of Beat and Patrol Books and sensitized about the roles and responsibilities of SHOs, MHCs, IOs, and Beat Officers.
The session also focused on the objectives of the Beat Policing System, field-level challenges, professional conduct, and best practices for effective beat policing.
