Bandipora Student Wins Umrah Ticket for Completing Quran Memorization Course
Bandipora, Oct 26: Alfalah Educational Institute in Aragam, Bandipora, marked a significant milestone in its Quran Memorization (Hifz-e-Quran) program by awarding an Umrah ticket to Raqib-ul-Hassan, one of its outstanding students. Raqib, along with Ansar Aslam and Salman Khursheed, successfully completed the Hifz-e-Quran course this year. The Umrah ticket winner was selected through a draw, reflecting the institute’s commitment to fostering both spiritual and academic excellence.
Launched two years ago, Alfalah’s Hifz-e-Quran program aims to integrate religious education with modern studies. The program has gained popularity, attracting students and parents seeking a balanced approach to faith and academics.
At the award ceremony, esteemed guests from various fields gathered to emphasize the importance of faith and education. Islamic scholars Mufti Muzaffer Hussain Qasmi and Mufti Farhat Ahmad Qasmi commended the students’ achievements and the institute’s initiatives.
Mufti Muzaffer praised Alfalah’s Chief Patron, Arif Hussain Bhat, for his visionary approach, stating, “This institute is shaping young minds while nurturing their souls.” Ghulam Nabi Tantray, a prominent businessman, applauded Alfalah’s model, saying, “It’s heartening to see a school dedicated to cultivating morally grounded and well-rounded students.”
