Snow Avalanche Hits Sarbal Sonamarg; No Casualties Or Damage Reported

GANDERBAL, An avalanche struck the Sarbal Sonamarg area in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district. Fortunately, there have been no casualties or damages reported in the incident.

According to officials, local authorities have been promptly notified and are currently evaluating the situation to ensure the safety of residents and visitors in the affected region, News agency Press Trust of Kashmir Reports.

This incident follows last year’s tragic event when two workers lost their lives in an avalanche near the Zojila tunnel in Jammu & Kashmir’s Sonamarg area.
