Bad condition of roads irks Kupwara residents, Transporters and students
The pathetic condition of the roads has left the residents in a state of worry.
While expressing their problems, the residents and Transporters said that the bad road conditions play havoc with them especially during rainfalls.
Where we see from Kupwara town and other roads like Kupwara to Hyhama, Kupwara to Bohipora degree college road, Kulangam to Sopore, Kralpora to Shaloora, Gugloosa to Shaloora, Jagarpora- Magam to Handwara and other link roads are in bad condition, the administration can’t do anything.
“The roads is in such a bad condition that rainfall leaves no way for us to walk on, as the whole road turns into heaps of mud,” Rouf Hussain, a resident said.
A college Student Asif Ahmad said that we have a lot of problems going to college because of the bad condition of roads. We were late for taking lectures, instead of five minutes we had to travel more than 20 to 25 minutes to reach the college.
