NOPRUF KUPWARA EXTENDS WELCOME TO NEW DEPUTY COMMISSIONER
Kupwara, 12 August: A delegation from the National Old Pension Restoration United Front (NOPRUF), led by its District President Kupwara, Binny, along with Block President NOPRUF Sogam, Syed Lateef Nazki paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, to extend a warm welcome upon his recent assumption of office.
During the interaction, the delegation conveyed its felicitations and expressed confidence in his able leadership to steer the district towards greater progress and administrative efficiency. In the course of the deliberations, the pressing concerns of employees under the National Pension System (NPS) were earnestly discussed, with emphasis on the need for safeguarding their financial security, ensuring parity with traditional pension benefits, and fostering a climate of welfare-oriented governance.
The delegation also availed the opportunity to highlight other developmental and administrative matters of public importance, reiterating their commitment to work in close synergy with the district administration for the collective good of the people. The Deputy Commissioner, while assuring due consideration to the points raised, appreciated the constructive approach of NOPRUF in engaging with the administration through dialogue and cooperation.
