Question Paper: B.Com 6th Sem students stage protest
Srinagar, Feb 5: Scores of college students Friday staged a protest here in Press Enclave Srinagar alleging that the question paper set for them by Kashmir University was totally out of pattern.
The B.Com 6th Semester students who appeared in examination today for ‘Probability & Statistics’ paper said instead of questions on multiple choice pattern, they were given paper carrying numerical type questions.
The protesting Commerce students told KNT that at Gandhi College Centre, every student was confused. “We don’t know what to do. We were expecting a pattern set by Kashmir University for us but the question paper setter had set question paper on numerical pattern,” they said and sought intervention of Kashmir University.
“”We protested in the examination room while the authorities there assured us that matter issue will be raised with the Kashmir University, but we are not sure whether they will take it up or not and so we arrived here to attract the attention of the Kashmir University authorities. We humbly request Kashmir University to look into the matter,” the protesting students told KNT.
