KUPWARA, May 01: President District Congress Committee Kupwara Haji Farooq Mir addressing a public meetings at Lolab Kupwara on Wednesday.
According to Kupwara Times correspondent, Haji Farooq, on wednesday said the previous Government’s glaring insensitivity towards far-flung of this frontier district Kupwara was tragic and a source of deprivation and misery for thousands of families across this frontier District.
Addressing public meetings at Khoodi, Wavoora, Mushq-jal, Warnow, Ophen, Shahabad and Check Warnow areas in Lolab, the Congress District President expressed disappointment at the State Government’s failure to dispense even its most basic duties in Lolab and said the people had been left without any mechanisms and systems to address basic public grievances. https://www.kupwaratimes.org/?p=1564&preview=true
“Mir told the gathering that previous govt has failed in Jammu and Kashmir on all counts saying that people were betrayed after securing vote from them on the party of PDP BJP, as a result, there is a mass discontent among the people in entire Jammu and Kashmir.”
