PDP facing challenges, its top brass must not allow party to be disarrayed: Nizamuddin

Srinagar, Jul 20 : Amidst the resignations by the party members, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and former Wakf Board Chairman, Nizamuddin Bhat said that the party was facing the challenges.
Nizamuddin’s statement comes amid the resignation by the party leaders who served in the erstwhile PDP-BJP coalition government as well as those who emerged victorious in the previous assembly elections on its ticket. The leaders who resigned from the basic membership of the party also joined the other political parties.
Bhat in a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that the party was facing the challenges and it stands the primary responsibility of the party top brass to ensure the party is not allowed to be disarrayed.
Bhat said, “People’s Democratic Party is faced with challenges. I wish that it sails through the difficult time and emerges stronger than before.”
“It is primary responsibility of party patron and the president to ensure that the party is not allowed to be disarrayed for whatever reason,” he added. (KNS)
