Commandant 91 BN BSF was the chief guest on the occasion
Handwara, Feb 20: Border Security Force (BSF) 91 batallion on Sunday organised a youth awareness program under EK Bharat Shreshtra Bharat mission in much scores of students participated.
The day long awareness programme was held at Army Goodwill School (AGS) Nowgam, where more than 50 students of various areas took part.
On the occasion, Commandant, 91 Batallion BSF, Mohammad Israil, was the chief guest. Besides, several BSF and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
The event was also attended by the Sarpanchs and media people.
The counselling camp was aimed at spreading awareness amongst youth from far-flung areas about opportunities available to them under Ek Bharat Shreshtra Bharat Mission and particularly for this course.As aims of these programs is to providing employment opportunities to the youth in defence services.
Locals expressed their gratitude towards 91 BSF Nowgam, for the awareness program in the area.
