Ganai Condoles Death Of Retired IAS Officer Ghulam Nabi Ahangar
Srinagar, Jan 28: Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, former Advisor to the Governor, J& K and former Chief Information Commissioner, J& K has condoled the death of retired IAS officer Ghulam Nabi Ahangar.
Ganai described Late Ahangar as a thorough gentleman and a competent officer who served the state government in various capacities including as Secretary to the Government and Deputy Commissioner. Ganai also recalled Ahangar’s long tenure in the State Secretariat in various capacities and his excellent contribution to public service. In his condolence message, Ganai prayed for Jannat ul Firdous for the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss. (GNS)
