Elderly man killed in Nowgam mishap
Srinagar, Oct 10 : An elderly man was killed in a road accident near Ahmad’s hospital in Nowgam area of Srinagar on Saturday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was hit by a speedy Tavera near Ahmad’s Hospital and immediately was rushed to SMHS for treatment.
“He was declared dead on arrival at SMHS hospital.”
The official identified the deceased as Mohammad Muzamil (67), resident of Jawahar Nagar locality of Srinagar.
Meanwhile, Tavera cab was siezed and driver was also arrested by the Nowgam police.
